Student Assistant Debora Sinner

Debora Sinner holds a bachelor's degree in Indology from LMU Munich. Her thesis was a translation of a short story by Saadat Hassan Manto. Together with two fellow students, she continued to translate Manto from Urdu to German. She came to Heidelberg to learn more about contemporary India. Her current area of interest is medical anthropology. After gaining some experience in podcasting in the SAI student's project "Milliarden Stimmen", she is currently editing the podcast "On South Asia", which will be published by the SAI language department.
