Doctoral Researchers Nargiza Ibragimova

Nargiza Ibragimova joined the SAI at the chair of Stefan Klonner as of September 2022.  She holds a MSc in Economics from the University of Heidelberg and a BSc in Economics and Finance from the University of Westminster. During her studies, she held a research student assistantship position at the Center for European Economic Research, ZEW. Additionally, she works as a research assistant at the Research Center, Deutsche Bundesbank, where her main research activities are focused on survey methodology using the Private Household Finance survey microdata.   

Her research focuses on development economics with a particular focus on wealth distribution and intra-household decisions.  In particular, she seeks to understand the evaluation of welfare programs on poorer populations using survey datasets.
